Park-light one-day plan

A full day when you’re skipping the multi-day park tickets

One Day in Orlando (Park-Light)

Prices & schedules checked October 25, 2026

Use this when your park tickets are for other days — or you’re visiting Orlando without a multi-day park hop. Pick one spine for the day; don’t try to combine KSC and a distant airboat.

Viator and GetYourGuide prices change often, so we don’t quote them: the booking buttons open the live listing, where you’ll see today’s price, times and cancellation terms. Facts on this page come from the operators’ own sites.

Option A — Space day

Drive or take a booked day trip to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Arrive near opening (often 9 a.m. on the 2026 calendar). Do the bus tour early (last bus is 2.5 hours before close), then Atlantis and the central exhibits. See the KSC guide for hours, official ticket prices and transport products.

We may earn a commission when you book through our links, at no extra cost to you. Details

Option B — Wildlife day

Morning at Gatorland (opens 10 a.m.), or a reserved Boggy Creek / Wild Florida airboat if you have a car. Wild Florida is closed Sundays. Details in the airboats & Gatorland guide.

Option C — I-Drive evening

Stay near International Drive, ride the I-Ride Trolley, and spend late afternoon/evening at ICON Park (The Wheel ± Madame Tussauds / SEA LIFE). See ICON Park and where to stay.

Food-tour swap — Winter Park

If you’d rather eat than ride rockets or gators, the Flavors of Winter Park Foodie Walking Tour is a park-light half day on Park Avenue (~2.5 hours of guided tastings at local spots). It’s not a theme-park dining package — just Winter Park. Check the listing for which Saturdays it runs.
